Puppy Yoga!

I had the chance to experience puppy yoga last weekend thanks to my best friends! I for one have never done regular yoga, but I heard puppies, I was totally in! The one I went to was called Jaya at Yonge St and Bayview Ave in Toronto, and they have different breeds every class. It was one of the best experiences I have had and I highly recommend it!
